BOOKING POLICIES

GUEST PAYMENT TERMS

The guests pays  a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount once the booking request has been accepted and pays the remaining balance 14 days prior to arrival.  The guest pays 100% if their booking request date is within this period.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the guest cancels their booking within 14 days of arrival there is a 100% cancellation fee.

If the guests cancels their booking before this the deposit is forfeited that being 50%

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The guest pays a minimum  $750.00 refundable damage deposit for The Cottage at Seaview Farm and The Boat House, Gerroa.

The guests pays a minimum of $1,000.00 refundable damage deposit for Sea To Sky Farm

The amount is due 14 days before arrival and is refunded between 4 and 7 days after departure.

TERMS

We ensure that the property is maintained to a good standard for the enjoyment and comfort of the guests. The refundable damage deposit will be reimbursed after the property is vacated and is inspected by the management.  We certainly appreciate that accidents can happen. However, in such cases, any and all damage and/or breakages and/or removal of any items from the property will incur a forfeit of all or part of the deposit.  Please note that a non-cleaning of the BBQ will result in a $40.00 cleaning fee which will be deducted from the Refundable damage deposit.  Additional cleaning fees may also occur if deemed necessary.
